Good Faith Estimates of anticipated costs are provided before your appointment.
Please note that we are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance, including Medicaid or Medicare. However, most of our services should qualify for out-of-network reimbursement. If your plan offers this benefit, we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

Most in-person services are provided in our Charlotte, NC office, with additional services in Atlanta and Des Moines, and via Telehealth.
Charlotte Office
Our office is in the Dilworth neighborhood and convenient to I-85, I-77, and Uptown Charlotte, in the Atherton Park office complex, with ample off-street parking.
